The lady whose Los Angeles home was wrecked within the single-car crash that killed Anne Heche is now looking for a minimum of $2 million from the actress’ property.
Lynne Mishele “continues to suffer severe emotional distress and professional hardship” after Heche’s automobile smashed into her dwelling on Aug. 5, in keeping with the lawsuit acquired by People.
“As a result of the deadly incident caused by Heche, the home and all of Plaintiff’s personal property were completely burned and destroyed, including an entire lifetime of possessions, pictures and mementos, all her business papers and equipment, her laptop and iPad, all of her clothing, basic necessities, and household items,” Mishele’s attorneys contend within the paperwork filed in Los Angeles final Wednesday.
The incident left Mishele combating melancholy, sleeping points, nervousness and an incapacity to run her home based business, the attorneys declare.
