Mumbai: According to news agency ANI, the court has sent Vikas Phatak alias Hindustani Bhau and Ikra Khan to police custody till February 4. Let us tell you that, he was arrested for inciting the students to protest in Dharavi.
According to reports, Hindustani Bhau has tendered an unconditional apology for the incident and has indicated his readiness to pay the compensation. At the same time, the police sought police custody to investigate the funding in this case, which was granted by the court.

It is noteworthy that many students had demonstrated in Dharavi, Mumbai yesterday i.e. on Monday. These students are demanding that the 10th and 12th exams should be made online amid the Corona crisis. They are opposing the conduct of offline examination. A similar demonstration was also seen in Nagpur on Monday.
Significantly, Hindustani Bhau is accused of instigating the students through social media. At his behest, thousands of students took to the streets demanding to take online exams in Mumbai and different cities of Maharashtra. In Mumbai, these students also gheraoed the house of School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad located in Dharavi.
