NEW YORK (AP) — A former Penthouse journal mannequin sued Guns N’ Roses singer Axl Rose on Wednesday, saying he raped her in a 1989 assault at a New York City lodge that left her with anxiousness and despair and harmed her profession.
Sheila Kennedy, 61, filed the lawsuit in State Supreme Court in Manhattan, looking for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages for bodily harm, ache and struggling, extreme emotional misery, psychological anguish, humiliation, embarrassment, anxiousness and financial hurt.
