Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government has given a big relief to the farmers affected by the floods and rains. The state government has released Rs 471.77 crore to the farmers for compensation for the crop. It will benefit 13.45 lakh farmers of the state. In order to give benefits to the affected farmers, the government has issued orders to the concerned district magistrates.
The government is continuously working to provide relief to the farmers of the state in every way. This time due to floods and heavy rains, the crops of the farmers were badly damaged. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also conducted an aerial survey of the flood-prone areas to understand and compensate for the problems of these farmers. After this, the Chief Minister had directed the officers of all the affected districts to survey the affected farmers and send them immediate relief funds. As a result of this, the government-administration immediately provided relief money to these farmers.

The torrential rains and floods that occurred in September and early October had damaged the crops of the farmers of the state. After this, the Chief Minister had given instructions to the officers to provide immediate relief to the affected farmers. The government had announced a fair compensation to the farmers to make up for the loss. This compensation amount is being transferred directly from the district treasury to the bank account (DBT) of the farmers. The government is providing financial assistance to the farmers from the State Disaster Relief Fund (SDRF).
