The son of the MBTA Transit Police chief is being held with out bail following his arraignment on a homicide cost.
Brian Green, 35, is charged with one depend of homicide and one depend of armed theft. A plea of “not guilty” was entered on his behalf at Malden District Court at his arraignment Thursday morning. Green is the son of MBTA Transit Police Chief Kenneth Green.
Prosecutor Suzanne Wiseman requested that Green be held with out bail as a result of, she mentioned, this “is a case of uncontroverted evidence.”
“This is not a case where defense counsel can argue there’s credibility issues,” she mentioned. “This is a case case that deals with uncontroverted cell phone evidence, cell tower evidence, surveillance footage that puts the defendant in and around the location of the murder at the time of the murder.”
Green is charged with murdering Jarmahl Sutson, 38, within the Central Avenue condo in Everett Green had previously shared along with his now ex-wife, whose identify is quickly impounded.
Everett police responded a little bit after 4:20 a.m. on July 19 for a report of a medical emergency, in line with the possible trigger assertion filed within the case. In the condo, they discovered Sutson “face down on the bed, unresponsive, in a pool of blood” and pronounced useless on the scene, the sufferer of an obvious gunshot to his head.
This is a growing story.
