New Delhi: The news of an encounter between police and Naxalites is coming to the fore on the border of Telangana and Chhattisgarh. It is being told that 6 Naxalites have been killed in an encounter with the police in Kistaram, the border area. SP Sunil Dutt of Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana informed that six Naxalites have been killed in an encounter that took place in the forest area of Kistaram police station border area of Telangana-Chhattisgarh.
He told that it was a joint operation of Telangana-Chhattisgarh Police and CRPF. There is also information about the recovery of a large number of weapons from the spot. Earlier in Chhattisgarh’s Dantewada district, two women Naxalites were killed in a fight between the police and the Naxalites.

It is worth mentioning that in Balrampur district also, the security forces had recovered seven IEDs, thwarting the big conspiracy hatched by the Naxalites. Security forces had captured it from Chunchuna and Pundag areas of Samri police station. Naxalites planted IED on Bandarchua road. But the security forces came to know about this and they threw water on the nefarious plans of the Naxalites.
