It is noteworthy that after the Supreme Court directed to hold elections in seats other than the seats of OBC category, 27 percent for OBCs. Instructions were given to the Election Commission to postpone the ordinance of the State Government fixing the reservation by the Supreme Court and to hold elections except for the seats of this category.
Intervention petitions were filed in the Supreme Court against this decision. On which the court rejected it after hearing on 15 December. After this, the way has been paved for holding elections on other seats except OBC reserved seats. Now candidates and workers have to reach every voter in just one day.

1375 centers set up for polling

Murkutdoh center shifted to Dhanegaon
The residents of the campus used to face problems due to the polling station of Murkutdoh in the inaccessible area of Saleksa tehsil. In this, they had to face difficulties in participating in the voting process, due to which the demand for shifting this center was made by the citizens, under which the Murkutdoh polling station has been shifted to Dhanegaon by the Assistant Election Decision Officer.
