On the other hand, according to the release of the Health Department, 31 new cases of Omikron variant have been reported in the state on Sunday. Out of which 27 have been found infected in Mumbai, 1-1 in Thane-2, Pune Rural and Akola. The total number of cases in the state so far has been 141. In this way, out of 31 cases reported on Sunday, 30 have a history of international travel, while one patient came in contact with an infected traveler who returned from abroad. Among the 31 new patients found today, 17 are men and 14 are women.

Significantly, the state Health Minister Rajesh Tope has made it clear that the lockdown will be imposed again in the state only when the daily demand of medical oxygen is up to 800 metric tonnes. - There is a ban on the gathering of more than five people at one place in the state from 9 pm to 6 am.
- All types of shops ranging from medical, food and milk to milk will remain open.

- In the open position this number will be 250. Other types of events allowed with 50% attendance.

- There will be a ban on darshan from 9 pm to 6 am.
- There will be aarti in the temple in the morning and at night, but devotees will not be allowed to enter it.
- Sai Baba Prasadalaya will also remain open till 9 pm.
what is the condition of the state
If seen in Maharashtra, 1,648 new cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in the last 24 hours, while 17 patients have died. After which the total number of infected in the state has increased to 66,57,888 and the number of dead to 1,41,433. Apart from this, 918 people have returned home after getting corona free.
In this sequence, 896 new cases of this deadly infection were reported in Mumbai in the last 24 districts, due to which the number of infected has increased to 7,70,910, while two people have also died due to infection, due to which the death toll has increased to 16,370.
