Amravati. CP Arti Singh has issued instructions on Friday to completely lift the curfew imposed due to the violent incidents on November 12 and 13 in the city from 12.01 pm on December 12. In this way, this curfew will be completely removed after a total of 26 days. Due to which farmers will get a lot of relief in carrying farm goods to the agricultural market.
Curfew was imposed from November 13
On November 12, during the special community front, a bandh agitation was organized by the BJP on November 13 to prohibit the vandalism of shops by some anti-social elements. During this, curfew was imposed along with internet service shutdown from 2 pm on November 13 on the orders of CP due to incidents of violence and arson.
After which, in view of the situation in the city, gradually relief was given in the time of curfew. In this way, there was a relief of first 3 hours, then 6 hours and then 15 hours in the curfew. Due to the re-creation of law and order situation in the city and due to the complete elimination of fear-free environment from the city, only night curfew orders were issued on November 24 on the orders of CP.

During this, orders were imposed from 11 o’clock in the night to 7 o’clock in the morning on the second day, due to this 8-hour night curfew, the problems faced by the farmers while transporting the farm goods were brought before the CP by the Agricultural Market Committee. There was a demand to remove the night curfew due to the creation of law and order in the city, on which CP Aarti Singh issued an order through a press release on Friday 10th December and issued orders to relax the entire curfew from 12.01. Due to which farmers have got a big relief in carrying farm goods, in this way, after 26 days, the shadow of this curfew is going to be removed from the city.
