DDMA (Delhi Disaster Management Authority) has issued a notification related to this. Due to this, if you are now traveling alone in your four wheeler, then the COVID protocols of wearing masks will not be applicable. However, masks are still necessary in public places. DDMA has removed the mask for driving alone in a car in violation of the COVID protocol, the mask will still be worn in public places.

DDMA has amended on the instructions of the High Court
DDMA was directed by the High Court on 1 February 2022 in Rakesh Malhotra vs Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) and other cases regarding COVID Protocols. The High Court had said that DDMA should look into all the orders issued regarding the protocol. After this, the DDMA noticed in the meeting on 4 February that the corona infection has slowed down and most people have got the vaccine dose. Regarding this, DDMA decided to amend the COVID protocols.
