While 8 belongs to the rural parts of the district and 1 is from outside the district. For the past one week, the figure of getting new positives every day is two digits. On Friday, there were a total of 271 active cases across the district, out of which 242 are from the city. 22 are from rural parts and 7 are from outside the district. 50,000 fine if the rule is violated
District Magistrate Vimla R. has issued an order that if the COVID protocol is violated, then penal action will be taken. Not more than 50 people can participate in marriage ceremonies, social, cultural, political, religious events. At the same time, this number has been increased to 20 in the funeral. It is necessary for every person to follow the COVID rules. If anyone is found violating, he will be fined Rs 500 every time. It is mandatory for the customers to follow the rules in the shop, showroom etc.
In addition to the penalty on the customers, a penalty of Rs 10,000 will be imposed on the shop, institution. Doing this repeatedly will result in closure of the institution. If any organization does not follow the methodology according to COVID, then every time Rs 50,000 will be eligible for penalty or will be sealed. Any person who violates any taxi or private vehicle, bus etc. will be fined Rs 500 and the driver, conductor will be fined Rs 500 and the owner of the vehicle will be fined Rs 10,000. License will be cancelled. Except for the municipal area, the District Magistrate has given information to implement this in the rural parts of the district from December 31 itself.
