Mumbai: In the country (India) once again, Coronavirus has started creating havoc. The names of Maharashtra and Delhi are at the fore in the states where Corona’s havoc is being seen the most. The highest number of 1,216 cases of Omicron have been reported in Maharashtra among Corona. Which has put the state government in worry. The state government has decided to impose Night Curfew so that Corona could not spread much. In view of the increasing cases of corona virus and Omicron, the government of the state has decided to implement it from January 10.
1 – No movement is allowed in Mumbai after 11 PM tonight. This restriction will continue till 5 am. However, exemption has been given on movement for medical emergency, flight catcher, train catcher.
Gathering of five or more people will not be allowed anywhere in the state even in a day.
3- Restaurants will be allowed to operate at 50% capacity from 8 am to 10 pm.
4- The Maharashtra government on Sunday revised the restrictions related to COVID-19 for gyms and beauty salons and allowed them to operate with 50 per cent capacity from the midnight of January 10.
5- The government has exempted essential services from new restrictions.

Apart from this, movement of people will not be allowed from 11 pm to 5 am except in essential services. It said that schools and colleges will remain closed till February 15 except for essential activities for students of class 10th and 12th and administrative activities of teachers. No visitor shall be permitted to enter Government offices without the written permission of the Heads of Offices. The facility of online communication will be provided to the people through video conferencing.
In addition, government employees should opt for work from home and vary the working hours if it is necessary to work from office. Private offices have also been asked to rationalize the number of employees visiting the office by allowing employees to work from home and by varying working hours. The circular said that the limit of people present in marriages and social, religious, cultural or political functions would be 50. Not more than 20 persons can attend the funeral.
