Ulhasnagar : The effect of the third wave of Corona is now increasing day by day in Ulhasnagar, Ambernath and Badlapur. On Sunday, 700 positive patients were found in the above cities and 2 died due to corona in Ambernath.
On Sunday, 187 patients of Corona positive were found in Badlapur, 251 in Ambernath and 262 in Ulhasnagar. The new rules regarding Corona have come into force from late Sunday night. Now hotels will be closed at 10 pm and night curfew has been imposed between 11 pm to 6 am. Taking seriously the increasing number of corona positive patients, Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation has started COVID Hospital in Maharal from Sunday.

Rajendra Chaudhary, senior municipal corporator and Shiv Sena city chief, said that recently, regional MP Dr. Shrikant Shinde had directly taken stock of the said hospital and at present advised to build a COVID hospital here, due to which whatever positive is found in the municipal area. Similarly, Ambernath Municipal Council has also appointed agency through tender process. Thane’s agency will now run the COVID Hospital in the Dental College of the local Municipal Council, till now the said COVID Hospital is running Ambernath Napa. The same Kulgaon Badlapur Municipal Council has started COVID Hospital in Gauri Hall. On Monday, the Chief Officer of Anarnath Municipality, Dr Prashant Rasal, held a meeting with his subordinate staff regarding the prevention of corona.
