Pimpri : The Supreme Court has given a strong blow to the coalition government for canceling the suspension of 12 BJP MLAs (MLAs). BJP’s Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal President and MLA Mahesh Landge have said that the coalition government should take a lesson from this and stop its illegal behavior. Sharad Pawar, who took the name of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Constitution, democracy while rising, should be taught about the wisdom of the Chief Minister. Otherwise, the Nationalist Congress should be mortgaged in the name of Shiv Sena.
MLA Landge has said that the decision to suspend the 12 MLAs was unfortunate, unconstitutional, illegal and ineffective. The court said in its decision, “This judgment is worse than expulsion. No one can represent this constituency without a representative in the House. Hence, it not only penalizes the member but also the entire constituency.” Because the coalition government has decided to roll up its sleeves except at the waist, they are taking one illegal decision after another. Similarly, the decision to pardon Pratap Sarnaik for illegal construction has been taken illegally.

MLA Landge said, the Bharatiya Janata Party had repeatedly urged the coalition government to withdraw its decision to suspend the 12 MLAs. However, the current Chief Minister and his colleagues ignored the request. There is no sign of the ruling party leaving the post even after the Supreme Court’s decision. That is why leaders like Bhaskar Jadhav are saying that the Speaker of the Assembly will decide whether these MLAs should be allowed in the legislature or not.
