Gaya (Bihar). On Tuesday, 11 policemen were injured in clashes between villagers and police at two different places in Gaya district. Some villagers, including women, were also injured in the clash, a police official said. Two policemen, including a police inspector, were injured after the protest over the death of a youth in a road accident in Gaya’s Mufasil police station turned violent. Police said that a bike hit a tractor in Amra village, one person died on the spot in the accident. The deceased was a resident of Tankuppa division of the district.
