In a library located in the British Columbia province of Canada, a person attacked several people with a knife. One woman was killed and six others were injured in the incident at the Lynn Valley Public Library, located in North Vancouver, North Vancouver, in the province. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau condemned the incident and wished the injured to recover soon.
Sergeant Frank Zhang, a member of the investigation team, said that the accused has been taken into custody. He said that the attacker is a 20-year-old youth and the police had earlier arrested him in several cases. Zhang said that the authorities do not have any information as to what was the reason for the accused to commit knife. An eyewitness named Steve Mosop told that a blood-soaked woman and her girlfriend were stopped in the middle of the road and said that she had just been attacked with a knife.

Mosop said that within a few minutes of this we saw other people lying on the ground at a distance of 100 meters. He told that it seemed that the accused was going in only one direction. During this time, whoever came in front of him, stabbed him. Canadian Public Safety Minister Bill Blair expressed sorrow over the incident and called it sensational action of violence.
