Follow these steps to book doorstep banking request online with IPPB..
You can directly click on this link https://ccc.cept.gov.in/ServiceRequest/request.aspx and fill the information like name, address, pin code, email address and mobile number.
Select the service you wish to book at your doorstep from the drop-down box below.
Now select the second drop down box and click on ‘Request OTP’.
One Time Password (OTP) will be sent on the given mobile number.
Enter OTP in the given box and verify. Your booking is now done.
A booking confirmation message will be sent to your mobile number.
Service Hours and Fees
According to the IPPB website, you can get the service in minimum T+2 i.e. within two days of doing the transaction or maximum 10 days. Customers can choose the timings as per their convenience. He can choose the time between 11 am to 4 pm. For this, customers will have to pay Rs 20 and GST.
