The fortieth Annual Trooper George L. Hanna Memorial Awards for Bravery had been handed out to the women and men who stroll the skinny blue line.
Since 1983, 154 people have obtained the Hanna Award Medal of Honor, the very best honor the state bestows on a legislation enforcement officer.
