Washim. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ramai Awas Yojana and Shabari Awas Yojana, work is being done through the District Rural Development Agency to provide their entitlements to the poor and economically weaker beneficiaries of different components of the district. The demand for documents like Xerox copy of passbook and job card, 8-A of the place, bond paper of Rs 100 etc. is being made by the village sevaks of the concerned village from the beneficiaries who have been approved.
Therefore, it has been appealed to the eligible beneficiaries of Gharkul not to fall prey to the greed of others. I will get the approval of the house as soon as possible by saying that if someone asks for money, do not deal with him financially, do not fall in any kind of bluff, immediately inform the concerned Panchayat Samiti’s Group Development Officer, this call for District Rural Development Sunil Nikam, the project director of Yantra, has done
In the year 2018, the survey has been started to give the benefit of Gharkul scheme to the beneficiaries of various components, the beneficiaries who were deprived of the social, economic and caste enumeration of the year 2011, and the new beneficiaries had to apply for the Gharkul scheme. Operators and enumerators were appointed at the Panchayat Samiti level. The information and photos of the beneficiaries were to be uploaded on the respective app. According to the 13 rules of 2011, the list of eligible and ineligible applications has been made public in August 2021 after cancellation of 25,839 applications of the district by the respective computer system.
There are some eligible beneficiaries in this list and those who do not live in the village, have gone to live outside the village and in the same way, except those who have died, again the list of eligible beneficiaries has been updated and posted in the respective Gram Panchayat. Till date, the job card mapping has been done 99.65 percent, the houses of the eligible applicants have been presented at the Panchayat Samiti level. This re-examination started from November 2021 and some other applicants have been disqualified in this investigation.
The list of eligible beneficiaries of this has been placed in front of the Gram Sabha. At the Panchayat Samiti level, a committee has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Group Development Officer to take a decision on this. This committee will take a decision on these objections and later the cases of eligible and ineligible applicants will be sent to the district level committee headed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad.
In the year 2021-22, for the purpose of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, 8,970 households have been given for the district, 2 thousand under Ramai Awas Yojana and 319 households under Shabri Awas Yojana. The selection process of beneficiaries of Gharkul scheme is being done transparently. Those who are eligible beneficiaries are going to be given the benefit of the Gharkul scheme according to priority in the next five years, so that if someone is misleading the eligible beneficiaries to get the Gharkul approved, then Nikam has appealed to them not to get greedy.
