Aurangabad : The state government has sanctioned Rs 500 crore annual plan fund for the upcoming financial year 2022-23 for Aurangabad district. This information was given by the State Industries Minister and District Guardian Minister Subhash Desai.
He said that as a foster minister, I had drawn special attention to the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister towards the urban population of the district and better government health service available easily in the city to the patients in Marathwada and other districts. Due to which, while increasing the annual plan fund of the district by about 115 crores, it was informed by the Guardian Minister Desai that from 385 crores to 500 crores. With this decision taken by the state government, development work in Aurangabad will be done on a large scale.
The government increased the size of the annual plan
Guardian Minister Subhash Desai informed that the state government has decided to increase the size of the annual plan of the district. Due to which this scheme has now become 500 crores. This was the demand of the district. Whenever the planning department held meetings for the coming financial year, I had demanded a fund of Rs 500 crore for the development of Aurangabad district. As a foster minister, I had told that cities are expanding day by day. The population of cities is increasing. In such a situation, the development of cities cannot be ignored. It is the duty of the government to supply the needs and facilities there. Also, if you consider the patients, better health facilities are available for the patients in Aurangabad.
Here patients not only from Aurangabad district, but all 8 districts of Marathwada, besides nearby Ahmednagar, Jalgaon, Dhulia, Buldhana patients also come here for treatment. They get better health facilities. It is the duty of the government to provide better facilities to every patient. With the increase in better facilities, the cost is increasing day by day. On this many times I had demanded increase in the annual plan fund with special focus towards Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. The state government has taken a good decision. Due to which the annual plan of the district has been increased to 500 crores. Earlier, a fund of Rs 385 crore was available for this scheme. Now there has been an increase of about Rs 115 crore in this. Due to the increase in the fund, some facilities and better will be available by the foster minister Subhash Desai. With the increase in the fund, more development works will be done in the district including the city.
