This information was given by Standing Committee Chairman Prakash Bhoyar. He said that 6 months allowance would be provided to a total of 436 employees and 862 ASHA workers. His allowance was stuck for 6 months.
Third wave weak, 40 doctors will be less
On Friday, two proposals were placed before the Standing Committee on behalf of the Health Department. In a proposal, there was a subject of approval of 90 lakhs for giving allowance to health workers and ASHA workers. Whereas in the second proposal to continue the services of doctors and nurses appointed to deal with Corona and to approve payment for it. The first proposal was approved by the Standing Committee as it is. Whereas in the second proposal, due to the weakening of the third wave of corona, it was instructed to reduce the number of doctors and nurses already appointed. According to the instructions given by the Standing Committee, out of 47 temporarily appointed doctors in the Municipal Corporation, the services of only 7 doctors have been asked to continue. Similarly, out of 186 nurses, instructions have been given to the department to continue the services of only 133.
The more employees, the more pay
To continue the services of 47 doctors and 186 nurses on behalf of the health workers, the total requirement of 5.78 crores was informed to the Standing Committee. But it was clarified by the Standing Committee that since now the number of doctors and nurses has reduced. Therefore, the services of the number of employees will be taken. Accordingly, the fund of payment has been approved. It is said that doctors get Rs 1 lakh per month. was paid accordingly. Out of which 60 thousand Rs. Government and Rs. Most employed at 35 PHC
