Pimpri : Taking advantage of the similarity in name, two people sold 20 lumps of land to a person in Mulshi taluka. This type happened between 15 December 2021 to 25 January 2022. In this regard, Salim Noor Mohammad Peerzada (age 63, resident of Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pimpri, Pune) has lodged a complaint at Hinjewadi police station.
Accordingly, Salim Noor Mohd Pirzada, Haseena Salim Pirzada (both residents of Mundhwa, Pune), Bhurani Mohd Razak Imdad Ali (resident of Kondhwa Khurd, Pune), SN Shinde (resident of Nigdi), RR Kule (resident of Kolhewadi, Pune). A case has been registered against Salunkhe (resident of Pimple Gurav, Pune), Vikram Bhat (resident of Bhosari). According to the information received from the police, in the survey number 42/12 in Mahalunge of Mulshi taluka, the plaintiff has 20 lumps of land.

The accused Salim and Hasina took advantage of the similarity in the names of the plaintiff and his wife and made false, forged documents of 20 gunthas of the plaintiff’s land. This land was sold to the accused Bhurani by forging the signatures of the plaintiff and his wife. Accused SN Shinde testified on the forged purchase deed, while accused Vikram Salunkhe and Vikram Bhat claimed that they knew Salim, Hasina and Bhurani personally. The accused Bhurani tried to put his name on the property of the plaintiff by using forged documents. According to the complaint, the plaintiff tried to encroach upon the area by removing the board at its place. A case of cheating has been registered against the buyers and witnesses, including those who sold the land. Sub-Inspector of Police Santosh Shinde is probing the case.
