Yavatmal, The two remaining accused in the murder case of Sunil Divre, a resident of Bhambraja, the operator of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, finally surrendered before the Yavatmal Rural Police on the morning of February 8.
Let us tell you that two years ago, after the dispute over the election of the President of Nehru Vidyalaya located in Bhambraja and removal of encroachment in the village, Sunil Divre was murdered on February 3 by firing bullets and stabbing him with an ax due to purvaranjish. In this case, on the complaint of his wife Bhambraja’s sarpanch Anupriya Divre, after registering a complaint against 7 accused in this case, the crime was registered under various sections including murder in Yavatmal Rural Police Station.
In this case, on the night of the murder, the police had arrested these 4 accused, Pawan Prabhakar Sonankar, Vaibhav Prabhakar Sonankar, Rohit Bhople and Suresh Patrikar, after which the police took the accused Suraj Shravan Manwar into custody on 6 February in this case. The revolver used in the murder was seized during the police investigation.
Meanwhile, on February 7, absconding accused Amar Kisanlal Jaiswal and Ram Kisanlal Jaiswal, both residents of Bhambraja, surrendered themselves after reaching Yavatmal Rural Police Station, after which the police took them into custody, after which Sunil Divre was arrested in the murder case. The number of accused has reached to 7.
Let us tell you that after the murder of Divre, the operator of the market committee, there was a fierce demonstration by the villagers and Shiv Sena workers, officials in Bhambraja, as well as the Shiv Sena had demanded that the main facilitator who conspired to kill Divre and involved in this incident. There was a demand for the immediate arrest of all the accused.
