Nagpur. Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University has implemented a new exam formula. Under this, from this year the examination of the first semester of the first year of the degree is to be taken at the college level. However, due to non-registration of students till now, colleges are facing difficulties in conducting examinations. Apart from this, a new dispute has started between the university and the colleges due to the waiver of the examination fee by the university. This is the reason that there has been an atmosphere of uncertainty regarding the examination of Semester One.
Considering the current situation in university and college examinations, the possibility of further delay of two months cannot be ruled out. The delay in the first semester examination is likely to affect the next semester as well. The university has taken steps to implement the idea of starting the next session smoothly. Due to this, the timing of the summer examination of the second session will have to be fixed. In such a situation, the possibility of examination of the second session immediately after the first session cannot be ruled out. This will put extra pressure on the student. However, it is not being considered by the colleges and the university.
No enrollment number received
For admission in the college one has to first register with the university. This work is with Promark. Now the university has entrusted the responsibility of examination to MKCL. MKCL has to register the students and give them the registration number. However, MKCL has not yet given this number to the colleges. Therefore the colleges have to decide on which registration number to take the exam. Although the roll number of the student is different but it is required as the entire course record is on the enrollment number. The question is how will the marks be awarded without getting it.
