- 50 thousand: After crossing the level of 49 thousand, the Sensex once again crossed the important milestone in February next month. After the passing of the general budget, this domestic benchmark index had crossed 50 thousand for the first time on 3 February and closed at 50,255.75.
- 51 thousand: Within a week, the Sensex strengthened by a thousand points. On February 15, it crossed 51 thousand and closed at 51,348.77.

- 58 thousand: August was a great month for the Sensex and it crossed many important milestones. In the very next month in September, it continued to gain momentum and on September 3, it crossed the level of 58 thousand and closed at 58129.95.
