Plot price
Plots ranging from 60 to 200 square meters are priced at 16870 per square meter under this scheme. Whereas all the plots above 200 square meters will get 16550 per square meter.
Payment Method
NEFT / RTGS / demand draft, pay order or can also be done online. The money will go to the Yumna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.
What is the payment option?
Option -1
– Complete payment within 60 days after allotment letter issue (including registry)
Option-2
– 50% payment within 60 days (including registry) after allotment letter issue
– 50% of the rest in 6-6 months installment. But it will carry an interest of 8.50%
– Suppose if you fail to pay money in this period, then compound interest of 3% will be charged, that too with GST.
Option-3
– 30% payment within 60 days (including registry) after allotment letter issue
– 70% of the rest money in 10 half-yearly installments. This calculation will be done from the 61st day. But it will carry an interest of 8.50%
– Suppose if you fail to pay money in this period, then compound interest of 3% will be charged, that too with GST.
* If a person forgets to fill the payment option in the form, then he will be counted in option-1.
* Although no extension will be available on the payment, but in an unforeseen circumstance, the CEO of the Authority can give a maximum time of 30 days. But in this circumstance, 11.50 percent interest will be charged.

What is the PLC ie Preferred Location Charge?
– 5% of total premium if park is facing or in green belt location

What is the mode of allotment?
– Different draws will be drawn for each category. That is, according to the size of the plot.
– First draw in the category also for those who have opted for the first payment option
– After this, the second draw for those, whose payment plan will be the second option
– Then the third draw will be drawn for those who have chosen the third option in the payment plan.
If you got a plot, what if you did not get it?
– If the plot is found then the booking amount will be adjusted in the total amount of the plot.
– If the plot is not found then your money will be returned.
– At the time of payment, fill in the bank account number, bank name, IFSC code, bank address, etc.
What if the allotted plot is less?
– For this, it is written in the rules that at the time of handover, the size of the plot may be slightly less. But if this happens, the amount will be adjusted accordingly. If the plot has a difference of 10% or less of the total size, then the person who has got the plot cannot surrender it. If the difference is more than this and you can choose the surrender option. In such a situation, after deducting 10 thousand rupees from your token amount, the rest will be returned to you. With this, the plot will be found at the place where it is, there will be no change in this situation.
Allotment, Possession and Construction
– The draw will be out on 5 May.
– Allotment letter will be found within 30 days of the draw.
– Since the plots are in different sectors and the development plan is going on with full speed, the authority still says that it can take a maximum of 3 years to develop this entire area.
– In this way, you are expected to get the possession letter after 3 years. However, in the meantime you will have to pay the payment according to the plan.
– After the allotment, the building plan will be ready according to the building regulation and lease deed and you will be able to construct accordingly.
– After allotment, you cannot manipulate the plot in any way. For example, divide it or merge with another plot.
