For the employees who entered the government service after November 1, 2005, the Government of Maharashtra had implemented DCPS i.e. New Defined Contribution Scheme. Due to non-implementation of this scheme, the government closed this scheme on 1st April 2021 and killed this scheme based on the share market in the hands of the employees. Due to which the future of the employees came in the dark. Therefore, the condition of the employees is happening from the social and economic point of view. Therefore, like the Rajasthan government, in Maharashtra also the old pension scheme of 1982/84 should be implemented for all the employees.
