Gadchiroli, 2 lakh 50 thousand rupees are given to the household of Pantpradhan Awas Yojana in the urban area. At the same time, a grant of Rs 1 lakh 40 thousand is given in rural areas. Citizens of rural areas are raising such a question as to why the government is being mistreated in the amount of grant despite the scheme being the same. The people of rural areas are asking such a question, how to build the house of dreams in the amount of meager grant.
Under the Pantpradhan Awas Yojana, everyone is waiting to implement the Pucca Awas Yojana by 2022. It is the endeavor of the government to provide housing for all Indians by the year 2022 by immediately recognizing the houses of other beneficiaries by including the names of Form ‘D’ of the rural area. For the Pant Pradhan Awas Yojana, Rs. 1 lakh 20 thousand is given to the beneficiaries of rural areas and Rs. 20 thousand under the Employment Guarantee Scheme, a total of Rs. 1 lakh 40 thousand is given by the government.
In this, a grant of Rs 2 lakh 50 thousand is given in urban areas. Whether construction work like cement, iron, sand, brick etc. is available in rural areas at low cost, is such a question being asked by the total beneficiaries of rural areas. Construction literature is not required in rural areas such as cement, iron, sand, bricks, wages etc.?, on the contrary, people of rural areas incur more traffic expenses for the transport of construction literature. Instead, there is less grant from the government. Due to which the government should give two and a half lakh rupees grant in the rural area under the urban area, such a demand is being made by the citizens. Bhagat Sudha Adich lakhs of grants to be given by the government, Ashi Magani Jantekdoon is aahe.
Increased prices of construction literature
At present, the prices of construction literature, cement, iron, bricks etc. have increased twice. At the same time, the wages required for construction work have also increased four times. But the grant is being given as much. Due to which the total beneficiaries are expressing their displeasure against the government. Due to the rising prices of literature, such a question is being raised as to how it is possible to build a household in this meager grant.
Due to this misery, the beneficiaries of rural areas are getting debt-marketing while doing the construction work of the house. Due to which the government should pay attention to this and give grants to the beneficiaries of rural areas like the beneficiaries of urban areas, such a demand is being made.
Urban area exemption by bank
The land under many gram panchayats adjacent to the urban area has been sold without cultivating the plot. Here government employees, businessmen, farmers take out loans from government and non-government banks and construct houses on the said plot, then they get a benefit of up to 2.5 lakh rupees given through the bank.
But if any land area in the same premises comes in urban area or municipality area, then a rebate of 2.5 to quarter to three lakhs is given in the interest and interest of the loan scheme given by the bank. Due to such misbehavior, people have expressed their displeasure about the policy of the bank and the government and there is a demand for rural and urban bank borrowers to get its benefit.
