In the meeting, Dr. Karad clearly said that the citizens of the city should not crave for water now. Complete the pipeline laying work on time. Otherwise, Dr. Karad gave a strict order to take action against the officials. The work of the main pipeline of the new water scheme has not been taken up even today. Till date only pipe manufacturing company has not been started. The company should prepare the pipes on the stipulated time, so that the main pipeline work can be completed. A proposal has been made by the Wildlife Department on-line as well as off-line to complete the jackwell of the pipeline in Jayakwadi campus. A letter of permission has also been received from the Wildlife Department on the proposal. So now the main work has to be done.
Take immediate action in this regard and complete the work of the scheme at the earliest, otherwise the citizens will be aggressive on the problem of water. Dr. Karad also said this in the meeting.
