Prices of gold and silver have risen for the second consecutive day in the domestic market. Gold price today strengthened by Rs. 45 per 10 grams in Delhi Bullion Market on Tuesday. Along with gold, the price of silver also went up. The price of one kilogram of silver (Silver Price Today) rose by Rs. 116. On the first day of the week, on Monday, there was a slight rise in the price of gold and silver.
Gold Price (Gold Price on 16 March 2021): On Tuesday, gold in the bullion market improved by Rs 45 to Rs 44,481 per 10 grams. In the last trading session, it had closed at Rs 44,436 per 10 grams. In the global market, gold was soft at $ 1,730 an ounce.
New Silver Price (Silver Price on 16 March 20201): Silver also saw a glow and its price rose by Rs 116 to Rs 66,740 per kg. The previous day’s closing price was Rs 66,624 per kg. Silver remained at the previous level of $ 26.11 an ounce in the international market.
Why did gold accelerate?
HDFC Securities Senior Analyst (Commodities) Tapan Patel said, 24 karat gold in Delhi was trading at Rs 45. The strength of gold in the New York Comex (Commodity Exchange) has shown this improvement in the local market.
Gold price is still below 45 thousand
Despite the increase for two consecutive days, the price of gold is below 45 thousand rupees per 10 grams. At this time, gold is cheaper by about Rs 11,719 per 10 grams from August’s alltime high of 56,200.
