Gold and Silver Price Today: There was a slight fall in the price of gold in the Delhi bullion market today, on Monday, January 31, amid weakness in gold and silver prices in global markets and improvement in rupee. Gold declined marginally by Rs 5 to Rs 47,507 per 10 grams. HDFC Securities gave this information. Due to this, gold had closed at Rs 47,512 per 10 grams in the previous trading session.

Silver price also declined
There was a fall in the price of silver in the Delhi bullion market today. Its price declined by Rs 27. Due to this, the price of silver fell to Rs 60,914 per kg in the Delhi bullion market today. In the last trading session, it had closed at Rs 60,941 per kg.

Gold and silver prices in the international market
On Monday, the rupee improved by 45 paise to close at 74.62 against the dollar. In the international market, gold fell to $ 1,788 an ounce, while silver remained almost unchanged at $ 22.42 an ounce. HDFC Securities Senior Analyst (Commodities) Tapan Patel said, “Gold was trading marginally lower at USD 1,788 an ounce on the New York-based commodity exchange Comex on Monday, which led to the fall in gold prices.”
