An airline passenger was arrested and charged with battery
after an altercation on a United Airlines flight on Sunday.
According to ABC7.com,
the United flight was boarding at San Francisco International Airport for a journey
to Houston when native law enforcement officials mentioned {that a} male passenger turned disruptive.
San Francisco regulation enforcement officers revealed that 47-year-old
Cody Benjamin Lovins of Montgomery, Texas, was arrested, charged with battery and
launched from custody after a “physical altercation” on the aircraft.

A United Airlines spokesperson advised ABC News that Lovins allegedly
assaulted a crew member. A witness named Naya Jimenez corroborated the story and
mentioned the verbal altercation turned bodily after a flight attendant knowledgeable
the person and his spouse that they have been within the fallacious seats.
“They had to usher in a gate attendant to attempt to discuss to
each of them,” Jimenez advised ABC7.com.
As a results of the incident, United condemned the person’s
habits as “unacceptable” and mentioned he can be banned from flying with the
airline. The provider can be cooperating with regulation enforcement in the course of the
investigation.
