Anshu Jain, the University of Massachusetts, Amherst-educated former co-CEO of Deutsche Bank, has died, his household mentioned in a press release Saturday. He was 59.
Jain died after a battle with duodenal most cancers, which he was recognized with in 2017.
Jain was Co-CEO of Deutsche Bank from 2012 to 2015, the place he helped construct the agency’s international capital markets enterprise. He started his profession as an analyst in derivatives analysis at Kidder, Peabody & Co., then moved to Merrill Lynch, the place he spent seven years organising after which working the agency’s international hedge fund protection group.
Jain was born in Jaipur, India, in January 1963. He acquired an MBA on the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He was a lifelong vegetarian and cherished wildlife images, cricket and golf, in line with his household’s assertion.
