How To Make Vegetable Biryani?
Clean and wash the rice, then soak rice in a vessel by adding water to it for a while! Now take 5 cups of water in a pan, and add rice, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, whole black pepper, cardamom and salt, keep the rice on a medium flame for cooking, and cover the pan with a lid! In 10 to 15 the rice will be cooked, take out the rice with a spoon and mash it with the fingers, if the rice is cooked, turn off the gas, then separate the water by removing the rice in a sieve!

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan on the gas, then add cumin seeds and fry them. Then add tomatoes to the spices and stir, and add a cup of water to it and cook it on a medium flame for 4 minutes. Now stir in the spices by mixing carrots, peas, cauliflower, beans, salt and milk, and add sugar to the gravy, then cover it with a lid on medium flame and cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
