The company has announced that the Nothing Year 1 Black Edition will come with the same transparent case as was offered with its white option. The black color replaces the white color with the new matte back design.
The company has also revealed that the Year 1 is the company’s first product, which is now carbon neutral. To this end, the company worked with Geneva-based SGS and other third parties to neutralize TWS’s carbon footprint. The company will also give this information in the packaging.
Nothing Ear 1 Black Edition Price and Availability
The Nothing Year 1 Black Edition TWS earbuds are priced at Rs 6,999 just like its white variant. Its sale will be on Flipkart from 12 noon on December 13.
The company has also announced that it will start accepting cryptocurrency payments on its website, which means customers will be able to buy the Nothing earbuds with Bitcoin, Ether, USD Coin and DodgeCoin. However, India is not one of the countries where cryptocurrency payments will be accepted.
Specifications of Nothing Ear 1 Black Edition
The Nothing Year 1 Black Edition TWS earphones have the same specifications as the white model. The earbuds have 11.6 mm dynamic drivers, which come with support for ANC i.e. Active Noise Cancellation. This feature is not offered by any other brand in this price segment. The earbuds also have Transparency Mode, which helps users to hear surround sound through the earbuds. The Nothing Year 1 offers up to 5.7 hours of battery life on a full charge and 34 hours of playback with the charging case.
With the help of Touch Control feature, users can control playback and access ANC and Transparency modes. The Nothing Year 1 has got an IPX4 rating, which means that it will not spoil due to sweat and can be used without worry even in workouts. These earbuds support both SBC and AAC codecs i.e. they work with both iOS and Android devices.
