Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has referred to as for creating top quality course curriculum which will be delivered by way of know-how. “Technology should be leveraged to ensure accessible, affordable and quality education for all. There is a need to develop a high quality course curriculum which can be delivered through technology,” the training minister mentioned.
The NETF would be the guiding physique for the NDEAR. It will act because the blueprint for making a unifying nationwide digital infrastructure to energise and catalyse the complete training ecosystem.
The NDEAR takes on an ‘Open Digital Ecosystem’ strategy, the place a set of rules, requirements, specs, constructing blocks and tips search to allow completely different entities to create components of the digital training ecosystem.
The minister additional added that the NETF and the NDEAR would supply the required institutional governance and usher in better accountability within the system.
