Deakin University, Australia, and Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR), India have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to supply joint programmes in analysis and examine to doctoral analysis college students in India and Australia. According to the varsity, the MoU was signed in Melbourne in presence of senior representatives from Deakin University and AcSIR.
The collaboration goals to offer alternative to college students working in CSIR labs and registered at AcSIR, to work carefully with Deakin college members on a spread of chosen areas that features power, superior supplies and manufacturing, AI, AR, VR, defence analysis, and meals, agriculture, and atmosphere.
According to Deakin University, a candidate enrolled in doctoral programme will get a possibility to spend upto 12 months onshore in Australia to pursue analysis and will probably be paid a stipend, equal to the Australian Research Training Program (RTP) price ($28,600 each year tax exempt listed yearly, 2021 price), paid fortnightly to the candidate throughout her/his time spent at Deakin.
As part of the collaboration, candidates within the JDP will probably be enrolled at each establishments, collectively supervised on their thesis, and can obtain two separate awards from the AcSIR and Deakin University.
