The Ministry of Tourism has initiated institution of ‘YUVA Tourism Clubs’ as a part of the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations. According to the ministry, the YUVA Tourism Clubs goals to nurture and develop younger ambassadors of Indian tourism who would develop into conscious of tourism potentialities in India, recognize our wealthy cultural heritage and develop an curiosity and keenness for tourism. As part of the initiative, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has come ahead to assist the initiative of the Ministry of Tourism and issued directions to all CBSE affiliated faculties concerning formation of Yuva Tourism Clubs.
According to Union Tourism Minister Shri G.
