The company’s board meeting is to be held on February 19 to discuss the proposal for reorganization. The trading window of the company will remain closed till the completion of 48 hours from the date of declaration of result. The stock closed at 2.7 per cent in trading on February 16.
Southern Petrochemicals
Southern Petrochemicals’ profit grew 832 per cent year-on-year to Rs 59.6 crore in the December quarter. The company had made a profit of Rs 6.4 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The company’s conso revenue grew 15 per cent to Rs 492 crore as against Rs 427 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
