    Mumbai Man Mail to Amazon Ceo for Not Getting Order Parcel

    A Mumbai resident had ordered a phone call from Amazon Amazon for his grandmother but could not find it. She then mailed Jeff Bezos, CEO of the e-commerce website.

    Amazon Phone Stolen Case

    It has been seen many times that when someone orders something from an e-commerce website, either the product goes wrong or there is no delivery at all. Something similar happened to a person living in Mumbai. A Mumbai resident had ordered a phone call from Amazon Amazon for his grandmother but could not find it. She then mailed Jeff Bezos, CEO of the e-commerce website. Jeff read that mail and solved the person’s problem.

    Stolen packet
    Actually, Omkar, a Mumbai resident, ordered a basic Nokia phone for his grandmother on Amazon. Onkar did not receive his delivery for many days. When he checked on the website, there was a status showing that the product has been delivered. While Onkar did not receive the packet. The packet delivery boy left Omkar at the gate of Balding and stole the packet from there. Omkar also complained about this to Amazon’s customer care but from there he did not get any satisfactory answer.

    Mail written to CEO Jeff Bezos

    Onkar then wrote a mail to Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon. In it, he wrote that Jeff hopes you will be well. I am very disappointed with your customer service and delivery arrangements. The phone I ordered from Amazon was not delivered to me and kept at my society gate. That packet was stolen from there. Also, I did not get a call about this delivery. In the mail, Onkar questioned Amazon’s customer service and wrote that your customer service team always responds that the investigation is going on.

    CCTV footage revealed

    Jeff read Onkar’s mail and instructed the Amazon team to solve the problem. After this, when the case was investigated, the truth was revealed by CCTV footage. The CCTV footage showed that the delivery man left the parcel at the entry gate instead of delivering the packet to Omkar. After this, a person stole this phone and was seen going from there.

    Jeff reads the mail of users

    Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos is among the richest people in the world. He is unable to read all the mails but he pays attention to such mails and also answers them. In an interview, he also said that he still read the mail of his customers. If they are unable to answer directly, they forward it to the concerned department.
