The chief government of OpenAI – the agency behind viral chatbot ChatGPT – has been ousted after the board stated it not has confidence in him.
Sam Altman is to depart and shall be changed within the interim by Mira Murati, who’s presently chief know-how officer for the substitute intelligence firm.
In an announcement on Friday, OpenAI stated the transfer follows a “deliberative review process by the board” which concluded that Mr Altman “was not consistently candid in his communications with the board”.
