50% employees also ready for office

Also ready for pay cut

Only 9 percent said they would prefer to stay in their native places forever. The survey includes 1200 employees and 600 employers. Only 32 percent of the people said that if they get work at their place of origin then they are ready for a pay cut.
Willing to come back to big cities
The desire to cut pay to work from home diminishes with hierarchy (top to bottom) – 88 percent of senior-level employees say they are not ready to cut pay and 50 percent said That if they get a job, they will go back to the big city.
