Talking about the sales of motorcycles, TVS Motor Company has sold 1,46,874 units in June 2021, while in the same month last year, the company sold 84,401 units.

TVS Motor Company has registered a growth of 27 percent in the sales of vehicles in June 2021. The company had registered a total sales of 2,51,886 units (domestic + export) in the month of June this year as compared to 1,98,387 units sold in the same month last year. Talking about May 2021, during this time the company had sold a total of 1,66,889 vehicles (domestic + export).
During the first quarter of the current financial year, TVS Motor Company’s two-wheeler sales stood at 6.19 lakh units, as against 2.55 lakh units in the first quarter of the previous financial year. The company’s three-wheeler vehicle sales stood at 0.39 lakh units in the April-June quarter this year, as against 0.12 lakh units in the same period last year.
According to a regulatory filing by the company to the stock exchanges, domestic two-wheeler sales stood at 1,45,413 units in June 2021 as compared to 1,44,817 units sold in the same month last year. Total two-wheeler sales registered a growth of 25 per cent with 2,38,092 units sold in June 2021 as compared to 1,91,076 units in the same month last year. At the same time, in May 2021, the company has sold a total of 1,54,416 two-wheelers.
Talking about the sales of motorcycles, TVS has sold 1,46,874 units in June 2021 as compared to 84,401 units sold in the same month last year. At the same time, the company has sold 1,25,188 motorcycles in May 2021 and 1,33,227 motorcycles in April 2021. Similarly, 54,595 scooters were sold in June 2021 while 65,666 scooters were sold in June 2020. At the same time, the company has sold 19,627 scooters in May 2021 and 65,213 scooters in April 2021.
TVS’s Ntorq scooter sold out fiercely
TVS Motor Company’s scooter brand Ntorq 125 has crossed the one lakh sales mark in the international markets in May. The company currently sells this scooter in 19 countries in South Asia, Latin America, Middle East and ASEAN, which is equipped with technologies like Bluetooth connectivity feature. The BS-VI 125 cc scooter is available in three variants – Disc, Drum and Race.
