Bounce Infinity has announced the launch of test rides for the E1 electric scooter in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. Test ride facility has been started for a limited time. According to the company, people in Mumbai and Ahmedabad can take advantage of the test ride facility till March 13. At the same time, the test ride facility in Hyderabad will remain operational till March 16. People in Pune can take a test ride till March 15. The Bounce Infinity first started the test ride facility of the E1 electric scooter in Bengaluru where over 2,900 people took part in the first week, according to the company. Of these, 55 percent customers also booked the scooter.
There are two ways to buy the Bounce Infinity E1. The e-scooter with battery and charger is priced at Rs 68,999 (Delhi, ex-showroom), while the scooter without battery can be purchased at Rs 45,099 (Delhi, ex-showroom). In the second option, the scooter will have to be driven with a Battery-As-A-Service subscription. In this, users will be able to swap the battery pack from the battery swapping station at a nominal cost.
The Infinity E1 gets a 2kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which offers a proven range of 85km on a full charge. While the company has not yet given information about the power of this electric scooter. It must be mentioned that the maximum torque output in the E1 is 83Nm. Bounce claims that the Infinity E1 electric scooter can accelerate from 0 to 40 kmph in 8 seconds and has a top-speed of 65 kmph. Connecting to any normal electric socket, the battery pack can be fully charged in about 4 to 5 hours. The scooter also comes with two riding modes – Power and Eco.<!–
