Tata Motors unveiled the Curvv EV Coupe concept model at an event. At present, this is a concept model, whose final production model may be slightly different from this. According to Car&Bike, the production of this electric car may start in 2024. The report also suggests that the Curvv EV could come with a bigger battery pack, which could be equipped with a maximum certified range of 500 km.
The upcoming Tata Curvv EV will be based on the company’s new Gen 2 architecture. The company has already confirmed that the new Curve electric car will be a connected car and will be equipped with all the latest and trending features found in a mid-size SUV. The company has also shared a video on its YouTube channel, which shows the exterior as well as its interior design. The cabin also seems inspired by the simple yet futuristic vehicle design with two separate screens fitted above the flat dashboard, one for the infotainment system and one for the instrument cluster.
Talking about the exterior design, the car looks very muscular from the front. It has a long DRL, which starts at one end and goes through the bumper to the other end. The headlights are placed down near the grille. These triangles come in the shop and look quite futuristic.
From the front, its design somewhat matches the Tata Impact 2.0 design. However, it comes with quite sharp aerodynamics. From the rear, it gets a long and fourth tail light, which goes from one end to the other under the rear glass. However, we must also keep in mind that this is a concept design, which may change in the course of its final production version.
