Skoda Slavia : Skoda India has launched the 1.5-litre TSI variant of the Slavia mid-size sedan in India. Along with this, the company has also announced the prices of this new car. The 1.5-litre TSI variant of the Skoda Slavia has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 16.19 lakh (ex-showroom). The 1.0-litre TSI variant of the Slavia has already been launched, with prices starting at Rs 10.69 lakh (ex-showroom). Now the prices of its new model 1.5-litre TSI variant have also been revealed today.

Engine and Features
Skoda India is offering the Slavia with two engine options. The first is the 1.0-litre TSI motor that produces 113 hp and 178 Nm, mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed torque-converter AT. It also gets a 1.5-litre TSI engine that generates maximum power of 148 hp and peak torque of 250 Nm, which is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox and 7-speed DSG.
The Skoda Slavia, 1.5-litre TSI motor is now the most powerful sedan in its segment. Talking about the features, it gets a 10.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a digital instrument cluster, an electric sunroof, six airbags etc. The new Skoda Slavia competes with the Honda City, Hyundai Verna and the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz.
