Free Oxygen Delivery: India has been reporting COVID positive cases at record level for almost a month now and its impact is being seen in Delhi. There has been a huge shortage of oxygen supply in the national capital at a time when hundreds of people are in need.
We are also often hearing or reading about the incidents these days where people are trying to get oxygen cylinders and concentrators at a higher cost. There are also NGOs who are trying to provide oxygen to the needy and United Byblade is also joining this initiative. The United Byblade Organization will deliver oxygen to the citizens’ doorsteps in Delhi-NCR without any delivery fees. It has launched OxyTaxi for those residents of Delhi who are having trouble reaching the refilling stations.

Now the best thing about this initiative is that it helps people to follow the lockdown and at the same time they do not need to go out to get oxygen for their family members, especially when they already have The chances of getting infected are high. Apart from this, this service will also help senior citizens and people who cannot drive or do not have a vehicle.
How to use
Users just have to log in to Unitedbyblood.com and register their request. After this they will be informed about the approximate time of oxygen home delivery.
NGOs such as the Turn Your Concern into Action (TYCIA) Foundation and vehicle manufacturers Mahindra and MG Motor are also helping to accelerate the supply of oxygen to COVID-19 affected areas. The TYCIA Foundation has joined hands with the Rajya Sabha to launch 10 auto ambulances in the national capital. These auto rickshaw ambulances are essentially meant to carry COVID positive patients who need immediate medical attention. All these auto rickshaws are ambulance sanitizers and are equipped with oxygen cylinders.
