Maruti Suzuki started its subscribe service in September 2020, which means customers will now have the option to buy Maruti without buying it. Car leasing is not a new service, but the trend picked up especially last year, when many big car makers entered the business. Maruti’s pilot subscription service was started in Gurugram and Bangalore and then it was also brought to Delhi / NCR. Currently, it is present in 19 cities. Maruti’s subscription service has recently been launched in Jaipur, Indore, Mangalore and Mysore.
Maruti Suzuki’s subscription acts as a platform to offer customized car subscription platforms through multiple partners. Now the subscribe platform offers its customers specially made products for them. This includes three subscription partners Orix Auto Infrastructure Limited (Orix), ALD Automotive India (ALD Automotive), and Myles Automotive Private Limited (Myles).
12,325/month to be paid for WagonR
For example, Maruti Suzuki Swift is available at a fixed monthly subscription amount of Rs 14,176, Ignis Rs 13,019 and WagonR Rs 12,325. In this, customers also get the additional option of choosing between white or black registration plate.
Customers can choose from both the Maruti Arena and the NEXA lineup, which includes WagonR, Swift, Dzire, Vitara Brezza, Ertiga and Ignis, Baleno, Ciaz, S-Cross, XL6.
White plate subscription, in which the vehicle is registered in the name of the customer, duration options include 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. The annual km options include 10,000 km, 15,000 km, 20,000 km and 25,000 km.

In black plate subscription, the vehicle is registered in the name of the subscription partner. Among the tenor options, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 or 48 months are available. And the annual kms are 10,000 kms, 15,000 kms, 18,000 kms and 25,000 kms.
