Mahindra Bolero Neo Launched in India: Mahindra & Mahindra on Tuesday launched the Bolero Neo in the country. Its price is Rs 8.48 lakh (ex-showroom) for the N4 variant. It will now be available at Mahindra dealerships across the country from today. The Bolero Neo is the facelifted version of the TUV300, which has now been discontinued. The new Bolero Neo is available in seven seats and three variants (N4- base, N8- mid, N10- top) and seven color options. Seven color options include Rocky Beige, Majestic Silver, Highway Red, Pearl White, Diamond White, Napoli Black and Royal Gold.
Engines similar to TUV300 available
Mahindra has also announced that later an optional variant N10 (O) will be launched with multi-terrain technology. The Bolero Neo is powered by the same engine as the TUV300, which means a 1.5-litre three-cylinder diesel BS6 engine that makes 100 hp power and 260 Nm torque. The engine comes mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. The SUV also gets engine start stop tech.
The new SUV is built on the third generation ladder-frame chassis. It gets a rear wheel system, which differentiates it from its rival sub-compact SUV. Mahindra is also offering mechanically different locking in the N10 variant with top specifications.

Vijay Nakra, Chief Executive Officer, Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said that the new Bolero Neo fits well with the DNA of the authentic Bolero with enhanced design, performance and engineering. Which makes it suitable for bold and fearless young India. He further added that the addition of the Bolero Neo to the Bolero SUV brand portfolio will help them retain the Bolero among the best selling SUVs in the country.
