According to the money control report, Hero MotoCorp will launch its first electric vehicle in 2022. The company can launch it from January to March of 2022.
Regarding this, Hero MotoCorp CFO Niranjan Gupta said that we have spent 600 crores in the financial year-21, although we are not giving any figures for the financial year-2022. As far as the first quarter is concerned, it has been difficult for everyone, the company has gone through many challenges.
Let us know that Hero MotoCorp fixed battery is working on the swappable battery model as well as electric models. However, no information has been officially shared about it yet. Apart from this, it has not been known whether the company’s first electric vehicle will be a scooter or a motorcycle.
The company stopped production due to Corona epidemic
In view of the Corona epidemic, Hero MotoCorp has stopped production at all its plants for the next 16 May. Hero Motocorp said in a statement that the Global Parts Center (GPC) located at Neemrana and R&D plant at Jaipur – Center of Innovation and Technology (CIT) will also be closed. Explain that the company had last month announced to stop production at the plants of Dharuhera and Gurugram in Haryana, Chittoor in Andhra Pradesh, Haridwar in Uttarakhand, Neemrana in Rajasthan and Halol in Gujarat.
